  • HR Certifications: Certification in HR management, such as PHR or SPHR, can be beneficial. 


Description


The Assistant HR Manager will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy implementation. You will also be involved in payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. 
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, address grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave information. 
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, conduct orientation sessions, and assist with employee development initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare reports, analyze HR data, and provide insights to the HR Manager.
  • Project Management: Assist with HR projects, including surveys, meetings, and events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, filing, and managing office supplies.
